Our approach is not to give money and walk away. We partner with world class charities that are making a difference, and we remain involved in the decisions about how the money is spent. We encourage our employees to get involved in charitable projects, and we know that this motivates and engages our people.

In Georgia we support the First Step Georgia, a local charity dedicated to supporting services for children and young adults with special needs. The organisation was founded in 1998 in the response to the horrendous living conditions of disabled orphans living in the state-run Kaspi institution. Working closely with the Ministry of Health and UNICEF resulted in closure of Kaspi and thus number of children was saved from death.
First Step Georgia is now concentrated on supporting families who have children and young adults with special needs through day care services, home-based care and empowering parents.
We financially support Home-Base Care Project which serves following goals:
At the end of April with our support a charity ball was held in Radisson. Money raised from this event amounted to GEL 57 700.
